Frequently asked questions
We ship orders Monday through Friday with the exemption of holidays when USPS are closed. Our normal pick up is around noon, so orders placed after 10am EST may be shipped the following working day.
All the countries we ship to will be shown in the drop down box when on the checkout page. If your country is not listed, we do not ship to it.
Yes, our website will send you a confirmation email which includes the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Remember it can take 24 hours for the carrier's website to update once we print the label.
